Say a Prayer…

I hired an assistant, everyone was ready to go…and then…the air conditioner in my studio decided to take a vacation. We scrambled, carrying my lights downstairs to my kitchen, and set up in a tight corner where we hung a gray canvas. With some Talmudic bantering in the background, we got some nice shots…

Kind of a worrisome combination for me, as the photographer, because my goal is to bring you into my studio ready to strip away any daily irritations and get to the core of you…to show you in the best light. How, I wondered, will I push away the memories of the frustrations of a hot, sticky afternoon? With Ravelle, it was easy.
