Another Political Positive

Ruben Kihuen, the first Hispanic Congressman from Nevada, met with the students in GW’s Cisneros Hispanic Leadership Institute.  He was open, honest, and supportive, instilling the importance of political engagement, especially under this current administration.

On A Politically Positive Note

This summer, to escape the political blues, I have been photographing students at the Cisneros Hispanic Leadership Institute at George Washington University.  It’s fun to see high school students jazzed up about politics.  Last week, the 17 students in the program went to Capitol Hill to meet with Congressmen.  We were able to take some photographs of everyone with the dome behind them.
