Matt Frumin made the cut with Dupont Circle’s barber to presidents — Diego D’Ambrosio.  His shop on the corner of 19th and Q is a historic landmark — and has been for the past 30 years.  It was teeming with customers around 3 in the afternoon, but Diego put down his scissors and embraced Matt, throwing his support behind him in the DC Council Campaign.  Just under the photo of Diego with the Pope, he shook Matt’s hand and posed for photographs.  Love the sign in the window, too.
